                    - To inquire about hiring talent for international public concerts, festivals,  etc. outside of the U.S.   **

This form is for publicly advertised events/functions that will occur outside of the United States.
This means a concert, festival, fund-raiser, athletic event or similar
that will be advertised and open to the general public.
The talent budget for the main act must be US$40,000 or more --
with an additional budget for expenses, such as production, travel and lodging.
If your talent budget is less than this minimum, please do not use this form.

Attention: This is NOT a firm offer form – it is only a basic information submission form. Eventually, you will be invited to submit a firm offer to purchase artists' services. (We will provide the proper form for you at that time.) We do not offer artists' services at a fixed price. Buyers are invited to submit offers to purchase the services of the artist. We do not submit offers to you – you will be submitting offers to us. After submitting a firm offer, buyers will be required to send a 10-15% binder before we forward your offer. The buyer is required to make a commitment before the artist makes a commitment. If your offer is declined, 100% of the binder will be returned to you. If you are a buyer who requires that the artist commit to a date before you send a binder, we ask that you do not use this form and do not attempt to use our services.

 The following are examples of NOT valid answers: "TBD", "n/a", "open", "negotiable", "to be discussed", "it depends", "unknown", "???", and other similar, non-figure entries.

   1. Accuracy is important. An understanding of your talent fee budget allows us to provide faster service for you. Recommendations will be based on your indicated affordability. We cannot recommend artists whose fees are greater than what you indicate here.
      For example, if you enter US$75,000, we will assume this is accurate and that your budget will not afford a US$200,000 artist.
  2. If you are looking for a list of artists within a price range, indicate the range.  For example, US$75,000-100,000.
  3. Fees for major names can be US$200,000 to US$1,000,000 or more.

If you entered US$250,000 (US$1/4 million) or more to pay the fee for a single artist, you are entitled to special V.I.P. service and attention ---

If you are seeking multiple artists, indicate your total comfortable budget for all talent fees.
   For example, "US$500,000 for four artists."
Indicate your approximate budget only for talent fees. You must have a separate budget to cover expenses/extra costs.

When you find the entertainment talent you want at a price that is acceptable, you are invited to submit a serious offer for the artist(s). Be prepared to bank-wire the required good-faith binder to demonstrate that your offer is valid. Before continuing, you must read and agree to the terms regarding the financial binder.

A MINIMUM budget level of US$40,000 MUST be met or exceeded.

Note: This does NOT suggest that you can get a big name artist for as little as US$40,000.  Fees for a personal appearance by a major name can be as high as US$200,000 to US$500,000 or more.
