Ritch Shydner

Ritch Shydner is an incredibly funny observational comedian. His wit is as quick as his tongue is sharp. He has a keen knowledge about the dynamics involved in the battle of the sexes and uses humor to poke fun at the relationships that consume our lives.

Ritch originally hailed from New Jersey, but has strong southern roots which may have led to his confused state of mind. He has been touring nationally since 1981 and is a regular headliner for prestigious comedy clubs. Shydner sets himself apart from other comedians on the comedy circuit with his ability to deliver a totally clean show.

In addition to national tours, colleges and corporate events, he is best known for guest appearances on "The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson", "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "Late Night with David Letterman" and "The Arsenio Hall Show."

You may have seen Ritch Shydner starring in roles on "Married With Children," "Roseanne" and "Designing Women."  He has also starred in feature films, such as "Beverly Hills Cop II" and "Roxanne."

Ritch is equally talented behind the scenes. He was the story editor for NBC's "The Jeff Foxworthy Show," a staff writer for ABC's "Roseanne" and a consultant for Showtime's "Rude Awakenings."
