Scott Wright gives his opinion --

On Led Zeppelin --

Jimmy Page:
"Jimmy Page is the most creative guitarist I've ever heard. I challenge anybody to name a player who has churned out so many of the greatest heavy riffs while also composing the softest, touching, most memorable ballads ever. In his soloing, he gets more out of the pentatonic and blues scales than anybody ever has. He also seamlessly blends harmonic minor and many other modes, and other more exotic eastern influences to form a complete sonic soundscape. He shows us his soul when he plays; it seems he can't stop the flow, so he rides it and allows us to go along with him. No matter where he takes us, it is always an unforgettable and moving experience!"

Robert Plant:
"Robert Plant is the ultimate rock and roll singer and front-man. So much of what people think of when they picture Led Zeppelin is Plant's ability to completely enrapture a live audience. But that is only part of his gift. The melodic and poetic creativity he has exhibited throughout his career are always inspired and purely from his soul. His contributions to Led Zeppelin will never be paralleled by any other singer in any other band."

John Paul Jones:
"I have always thought of John Paul Jones as Led Zeppelin's 'secret weapon'. He was so much more than just an incredible "groove" bass player. His formal musical training is set off perfectly by an ingenious sensibility. Whether his contribution was a simple mandolin line or a bombastic keyboard and string score, it was always a perfect blend. The amount of sonic space he was able to fill live is an undeniable testament to his incredibly high level of musical ability."

John Bonham:
"In John Bonham, Led Zeppelin had the greatest rock drummer ever. He had the most powerful and thunderous drum sound, but his sense of dynamics made sure that his heavy playing was always complimented by just the right sense of "touch" and "feel". He had a singular ability to keep the groove 'loose' and 'tight' at the same time. There was never a doubt that he was the foundation of Led Zeppelin's sound, and there truly is no way the band could have continued with another drummer."

On Let's Zeppelin: A Tribute --

"This is the only band I play in because Led Zeppelin's songs cover the widest range of influences, and no two are anywhere near alike! This is all the music I need to play to feel totally artistically fulfilled, as well as being wonderfully energized and exhausted after every performance. It is my sincere hope that our audience leaves our shows with the closest thing possible to the magic that can only come from an accurate portrayal of Led Zeppelin live!"

Tim Moore as "Robert Plant":
"Tim's voice and onstage persona are so close to Robert Plant's that it sometimes gives me chills. He dedicates all his waking efforts to channeling Plant's vibe. He is constantly studying footage and live performances from his huge Led Zeppelin archive. His dedication and hard work really show in our performances. He gives the audience exactly what they expect from a live show of Led Zeppelin's music."

Brian Henderson as "John Paul Jones":
"Brian is the perfect bass player for this band. He has learned all the bass parts purely by ear, and he doesn't just play the right notes; He plays them with absolutely authentic feel. It's so easy to play in a band with him because I know the groove will be right there. Also, he has always reminded me so much of John Paul Jones that I call him 'Jonesy'!"

Marc Nelson as "John Bonham":
"Marc has played John Bonham's drum lines since a young age, and those years of work really show. Not only does he know the parts, but he also captures the range of feel and power required to carry the heavy load of John Bonham's catalogue. He captures the details and nuances of Bonham's playing very convincingly. He drives the band perfectly no matter what the dynamics of the song require!"
